If for any reason, you find that your phone is not functioning normally, one of our experienced service technicians can identify the cause of the problem on the handset quickly and efficiently.

Next Star offers Service and Repair Centers so our customers can have single locations to meet all of their Sprint and Nextel needs ranging from downloading ringtones to a broken antenna.

Customers should be aware that ERP (if a phone is lost, stolen, water damaged, or damaged beyond repair) claims are NOT handled directly through any Next Star location and that there is a non-refundable, $50 deductible per approved claim. Customers may contact the ERP provider Asurion at 1-800-584-3666 to process any claim that falls under the terms of ERP.
